$460What is different about buying off-plan in Costa del Sol
A large off-plan villa market with buyers from the UK, Germany, Scandinavia and the Netherlands. Local snagging is priced at roughly 0.1% of the property value, so the reference point buyers here carry is a low one.
Worth saying plainly: a snagging visit at the end and reporting through the build are different products. The first tells you what to fix after you have paid everything. The second tells you while you can still act on it.
Snagging
The defect walk-through buyers know by name: moisture meter, thermal imaging, electrics, plumbing and ventilation, room by room. It reaches you as a section of your report rather than a separate file.

One price per district
Once a month somebody goes to the site and takes three photographs. We compare them with last month's and send you the list of what changed.
