$460What is different about buying off-plan in Miami
Florida is the largest market on this list by transaction volume, and a significant share of buyers are outside the country when the build runs.
The three-stage pattern (pre-drywall, the final walkthrough, and the visit before the 11-month builder warranty expires) is already familiar to buyers here. Our reports sit across all three and add the part none of them covers: whether the deposit stage you are being invoiced for has actually been reached.
Pre-construction deposits typically run on a 10/10/10/70 schedule.
Snagging
The defect walk-through buyers know by name: moisture meter, thermal imaging, electrics, plumbing and ventilation, room by room. It reaches you as a section of your report rather than a separate file.

One price per district
Once a month somebody goes to the site and takes three photographs. We compare them with last month's and send you the list of what changed.
Type and size do not change it. Charged by the month, one visit at a time.
