The first month
The first visit is your starting point: three photographs, a date, and what is there now. From the second month you get what changed.
A month with nothing in it
A month with nothing in it is an answer too, and it comes in writing: no visible change since 12 August. We do not go quiet.
One price per district
Type and size do not change it. Charged by the month, one visit at a time.

Which of the two is yours
Report subscription — from $185 for each report
Someone goes onto the site. A specialist walks the unit point by point, sets what is built against your contract and against what the developer has invoiced, and records it with dates and photographs. You get a report in your language, the name of the specialist who was there, and a letter you can send the developer.
You choose the interval: a report every month, every two months or every three. Every charge buys one report.
