Every price published. No quotes, no negotiation.
One price per report, and it does not change with the reason for it. The first report, which includes the contract breakdown. An intermediate one. The one where an invoice needs checking. The one before you accept the unit. Same visit, same price.
Reports at the interval you choose, through to handover. Every report is the base price, including the one before you accept the unit, which is the most expensive one for us to produce. Each payment buys one report, and you can stop at any time.
Pick a market and we will show what a report costs there, at each of the three moments people come to us. Every figure is published, and none of this ends in a quote.

One line per district, all of them for a villa in the standard size band, so the districts can be read against each other. Every size and every type of property is on the district's own page.
shown for reference — payment is in US dollars
The contract breakdown, the plan of visits through to handover and the report before you accept the unit are all at the ordinary price.
A single report costs 25% more. A planned schedule lets us group visits and hold less reserve, which genuinely costs us less. And single reports cluster on the two most expensive ones: the first, which includes the contract breakdown, and the one before handover.

Once a month somebody goes to the site and takes three photographs. We compare them with last month's and send you the list of what changed.
Type and size do not change it. Charged by the month, one visit at a time.

The defect walk-through buyers know by name: moisture meter, thermal imaging, electrics, plumbing and ventilation, room by room. It reaches you as a section of your report rather than a separate file.
The work is not ours and the cost is not ours to control: it varies threefold between markets, which is why the figure is a starting price. You order it with a checkbox and pay for it in the same transaction.
The exact figure depends on the property. Give us its size and address when you order, and we will name the price before you pay.
A closed list. Nothing is added to it without being published here first.
- A visit sooner than the earliest date
- A unit larger than the size bracket
- A repeat visit after access was refused, where the cause is not ours
