Six things, and the price of each one is on the site before you ask. Two of them run month after month while the building goes up. Three answer a single occasion. One gets a specialist out sooner than the queue allows. Where the exact figure depends on the unit, we name it before you pay, and nothing is charged until you have agreed to it.
While it is being built
Report subscription — from $185 for each report
Someone goes onto the site. A specialist walks the unit point by point, sets what is built against your contract and against what the developer has invoiced, and records it with dates and photographs. You get a report in your language, the name of the specialist who was there, and a letter you can send the developer.
You choose the interval: a report every month, every two months or every three. Every charge buys one report.
You know what you are paying for.
Snapshot — from $49 for each month
Nobody goes onto the site. Once a month somebody goes there and takes three photographs. We compare them with last month's and send you the list of what changed.
Monthly, and only monthly. Every charge buys one visit.
